Deletion from the app

Account deletion can be initiated directly in SIGILLUM and requires the account password to confirm the action.

What is deleted

The account, sessions, device associations, identity data held by SIGILLUM and separable personal data are removed according to the service design.

Previously issued certificates

Technical records for previously issued certificates may remain in minimized or pseudonymized form where strictly necessary to preserve Registry integrity and verifiability. The direct account link is removed. Requests are assessed under applicable law.

Apple and Stripe

Deleting a SIGILLUM account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Data held by Stripe is also subject to Stripe procedures and retention periods. Support: marcelloorizio@legalmail.it.
